We communicate prior your arrival with a complete check-in welcome kit, and make sure about the last details.

 

​Cleaning and disinfection is done professionally before your check-in.

We can provide an underground parking space next to the residence (optional fees). Finding a free parking spot in Biarritz is close to impossible, peak-season get congested, so booking in advance is advised.

​

Note that we provide all bed linens and bath towels at no extra cost. If your stay is beyond 2 weeks, we will provide a new set half-way thru.

​

If you have large suitcases, or surfboard, we can give you complementary access to a storage room so you can better manage your check-in/check-out logistics.
